Shipping Policy

At Sullivan Outdoor, we are committed to delivering premium outdoor furniture solutions efficiently and reliably for our commercial clients. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we manage logistics, freight, and delivery timelines.


Lead Times

Our products are handcrafted to order unless specified as in-stock. Standard lead times range from 12-16 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order. Specific production timelines will be confirmed on your Purchase Order.

Expedited options may be available for select products. Please contact your account manager for availability and associated fees.


Shipping Terms

All shipments are made from our designated warehouse(s), unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon release of goods to the carrier.


Freight Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, delivery location, and carrier rates. Freight costs will be outlined in your quote or invoice unless otherwise arranged.

Clients are responsible for:

  • All freight charges

  • Tariffs, duties, and customs fees

  • Local delivery surcharges (if applicable)

These may be billed separately if not included in your Purchase Order.


Receiving & Inspection

It is the client’s responsibility to inspect all freight upon delivery. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Inspect all boxes and items thoroughly before signing the Bill of Lading.

  • Note any visible damage, missing items, or packaging concerns on the delivery receipt.

  • Report all freight claims to Sullivan Outdoor within 72 hours of delivery, with supporting photos and documentation.

Failure to report issues promptly may result in the denial of claims.


White-Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery and on-site assembly services may be available upon request for select projects and locations. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and pricing.


International Shipping

Sullivan Outdoor ships to select international locations. All duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. We recommend working with a local customs broker for a smooth delivery experience.
